Graduated in Law and enrolled in the Order of Industrial Property Consultants since 2011, Giovanna is an Italian and European Trademark, Designs and Models Consultant, Business Practitioner and Expert Coach in Intellectual Property. She is also a Conflict Mediator specialised in Civil-Commercial Mediation and Industrial Property, registered in the list of civil and commercial mediators at the Ministry of Justice and member of the ADR (Alternative Disputes Resolution) Group of the Order of Industrial Property Consultants. She is also an arbitrator specialised in Intellectual Property and trained at the Milan Chamber of Arbitration, as well as an expert in .it domain reassignment procedures.

At THINX since 2019 as Head of the Trademark Department, she manages trademark portfolios and is an expert in trademark filing strategy development at national, European and international level. Giovanna deals with trademark consultancy and searches, filings and prosecution, renewals, oppositions, cancellations, parerings, transcriptions and annotations of industrial property titles. Giovanna offers assistance in out-of-court negotiation of disputes and ADR proceedings. She has experience in relation to trademark valuation and due diligence. She also has experience in copyright and software protection in SIAE and MIBAC. She specialises in the Food & Wine sector and in the support of Start Up and Innovative SMEs. She is a speaker at seminars and conferences.
