Manuela, graduated in Law, is an Italian and European Trademark, Design, and Models Consultant.

Manuela began her career in the field of intellectual property immediately after graduating. Before joining THINX, she worked with some of the most prestigious Italian firms as a trademark and design consultant, developing significant expertise. She has experience in strategic consulting and the filing of national, European, international, and foreign trademarks and designs. She also handles opposition and cancellation procedures related to trademarks and designs and represents clients’ interests in administrative proceedings concerning trademarks and designs at the relevant offices in Italy and abroad.

Over the years, she has acquired expertise in the fields of fashion and clothing, sports equipment, furniture, food products, design, and copyright protection.

She has been registered with the Order of Italian Industrial Property Consultants since 2022.
